A crisp juicy grapefruit scent with invigorating mint, Refresh is infused with essential oils, including grapefruit, orange, mandarin lemon, thyme, bergamot, and buchu leaf.

Follow each of these steps to prevent fire and serious injury:

Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Keep debris and wick trimmings out of the melt pool. When lighting a candle for the first time, keep it lit for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edges. Do not allow the wick to curl as this can create a larger than normal flame. Never attempt to trim a burning candle. Place the candle on a flat, sturdy heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. The wick should always remain centered and away from the sides of the jar. Stop burning the candle when 1/2 inch of wax is left. Keep your candle away from anything that can catch fire. Keep the candle within sight and out of reach of children and pets; never leave a lit candle unattended. Do not pick up a burning candle or one that was recently extinguished; it may get too hot to handle. Wait for the wax to harden and cool. Never use water to extinguish a candle.

Standard/Flat rate shipping: An $8.00 shipping fee will be applied to all domestic retail orders below $50.00. 

Explorer Kits: Up to three Explorer Kits will ship for free when purchased separately from other products. Please note that the Explorer Kit shipping cost will change to our standard shipping rate when the Explorer kit is combined with other products.

Free shipping:  Free shipping will be applied on all domestic retail orders over $50.00 not including taxes and after discounts. 

Expedited shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping at this time.

Wholesale shipping: Wholesale customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping.

We ship via USPS or UPS. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is shipped. 

At Copper Mountain Candle Company, we carefully inspect all of our product before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products,  used products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we will refund or exchange products damaged during shipment if photographic evidence is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.  

Exchanges
You may exchange your unused product within 14 days of purchase for another similar product of size and weight. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all return items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any used items, gift cards or items placed on clearance.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the cost of shipping, if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
